Attingal DySP removed for links with Sand Mafia

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Following reports of his alleged connection with sand mafia, B.K. Prasanth, the Attingal DySP, has been removed from the position by the Home Ministry on Saturday. The Home Department has also decided to initiate a Vigilance probe on the alleged illegal connection.
