THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Finance Minister K M Mani harshly criticized Minister Aryadan Muhammed at the cabinet meet. Mani got irritated at Aryadan’s statement that even after the financial situation of the state is bad, some exaggerate that everything is okay.
K M Mani openly said that as a finance minister he is there to opine on the financial situation of the state. Mani said a small crisis is there but there is no need of an anxiety. The statement of Aryadan made at an open venue has turned into a stick for the opposition to use against the government, he said.
Aryadan directly said the financial situation of the state is bad and forgetting it some exaggerate there is nothing wrong in the economy. Aryadan made the statement indirectly hinting at Finance Minister K M Mani. The KSRTC and the KSEB are incurring loss to the government, said Mani.
