THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan will move the Kerala High Court in the solar case. He will file a plea showing the lapses in the investigation of the solar case and may ask the court to monitor the investigation. VS had sought permission from the party leadership to approach the court.
VS will inform the court that no proper probe was held on the statement of Sreedharan Nair, the complainant in the case. The plea may point out that law and order has deteriorated and that the investigating team is trying to save many including the chief minister.
The plea will also question why Salim Raj and Jikku were not arrested. VS will also inform the court that even after it was alleged that the chief minister, ministers and top cops have close links with Saritha S Nair, no probe was held on that side.
