Friday, April 20, 2012: The Union planning commission has given approval for the annul project submitted by the state government.
Apart from the project worth Rs 14,010 crore submitted by the state, the central government also allotted Rs 320 crore extra, informed planning commission deputy chairman MS Ahluwalia. He assured the same to delegation of minister’s lead by CM.The extra aid has been allotted for national games, health sector and for skill development. A total of Rs 620 crore has been allotted and the first installment Rs 320 crore would be allotted soon. The rest of the amount would be given as and when the state government submits detailed project.
