THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A mass prayer was held at Elavyashram in the city for the speedy recovery of actor Jagathy Sreekumar, who is ailing. The children of the Ashram were joined by the Sree Chitra Poor Home inmates in the prayers that were inaugurated by Kerala Film Producers’ Association president Sureshkumar and actor Menaka by lighting a lamp.
Along with the children, a number of fans and artistes also joined in the prayer. ‘Lalithasahasranama Archana’ and ‘Dhanwanthari homas’ were also conducted.
