CBI should probe into murders in Kannur: Minister

Saturday, May 12, 2012: Union minister of State for Power KC Venugopal on Saturday said that a CBI probe is needed on the political murders in Kannur in the last twenty years.
‘Many of the witnesses in the political murders are not ready to co-operate with the investigation. The investigation into the murder of T P Chandrashekaran is now in the right direction’, he said.
He was speaking to media persons after visiting RMP leader TP Chandrasekharan’s home.
