Karat rejects report on politburo meet
NEW DELHI: CPM general secretary Prakash Karat rejected the reports on the immediate politburo meet to be convened to discuss the removal of V S Achuthanandan from the post of opposition leader.
The news that a politburo will be convened is only media created, he said. A decision has been taken to convene the politburo later as agitational programmes are being conducted at the national level.
