UDF against reinvestigation, says Thankachan

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: There is no need for a reinvestigation in the Suryanelli case, said UDF convenor P P Thankachan. The court had acquitted Kurien. Levelling allegation against him again is not correct, he said.

Thankachan rejected Kurien’s argument that a conspiracy had been hatched in the congress to take up the case again.

I don’t think anybody from the congress will do that, he said.
