Biju reaches home
KOZHIKODE: Biju, the Keralite who escaped from the hands of militants in Philippines, reached his home town Kozhikode Sunday morning. His wife Elena and two children--Arjun and Ajay were with him. He thanked Almighty, Philippines Government, centre and state governments.
He was abducted from his wife’s house in Philippines on June 26, 2011 by al Qaeda-linked militants. He dramatically escaped from his captors while they were sleeping after fasting for Ramzan.
