Stance unchanged in Nelliyampathy issue, says Ganesh Kumar

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Minister for Forests & Environment K B Ganesh Kumar said that there is no change in his stance regarding the Nelliyampathy issue.

He added that UDF had already clarified that forest department’s stance in this issue is right and he, along with the chief minister, had presented the matter in the parliament.

He said that anyone can pass opinions regarding the issue and that he does not care about the personal attacks. He confirmed his support to the younger generation MLAs who has studied the matter in depth.

About providing coaching to sportspersons in Kerala, he said that the government is ready to provide whatever financial support that is necessary and that the plan to provide international instructors is under consideration.
