Racing cyclist dies in Thiruvananthapuram
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A racing cyclist died and four other cyclists injured on Monday night after hit by a car at Kazhakkoottam in Thiruvananthapuram. The deceased is identified as Vijay (21) hailing from Jamnagar in Gujarat. The injured—Bhoomika, Solanki, Preetham, Sooraja—were admitted to Medical College Hospital here. All of them belonged to Saurashtra University. They arrived here to participate in cycling championship.
