Three Keralites killed in TN accident

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Three Keralites were killed and four sustained serious injuries in an accident that happened at Virutha Nagar in Tamil Nadu.

The car carrying a team from Ayirooppara at Pothencode in the capital city proceeding to Rameswaram from the capital city was involved in the accident. The injured in an unconscious stage has been admitted at the Madura Rajaji Hospital.

The dead has been identified as Sajeev of Pothencode, car driver Arun Kumar of Ayirooppara,  and Shibiraj. Sreejith, Madhu, Surendran and Anil Kumar are the injured.

The team in the Travera Car owned by Arun Kumar’s brother left for Rameswaram early Wednesday morning.  The accident happened at Neikkarapatti between Virutha Nagar and Kallikkudi. The car which lost control overturned after hitting the divider. Many fell on the road after the door of the vehicle opened. The kin of the dead has left to bring back the bodies.
