KOTTAYAM: The Vithura victim has turned hostile, informed the special court in Kottayam. The court announced it after the victim failed to identify the accused during trial.
She failed to identify Aluva municipality chairman Jacob Moothedath and former Addl DGP K C Peter.
When the case was considered earlier, the victim told the court that she cannot remember them as the incident happened years back.
11 cases in connection with the Vithura assault were considered today. 25 cases have been charged already.
