Youth held with brown sugar

KOLLAM: A youth was arrested by the Kollam east police with brown sugar worth Rs 1.5 crores. He has been identified as Mukesh alias Mujeebanu (25), native of Marthandam. Codeine, a type of brown sugar, was seized from him. Police said the stuff was brought from Afghanistan.
