Monday, January 02, 2012: A 20-year-old student was killed when a tipper lorry collided with the bike in which he was traveling near Kathiroor here on Sunday night. The deceased has been identified as Vipin hailing from Cheruvanchery, police told.The accident occurred at 10.30 in the night. Even though Vipin was immediately rushed to Indira Gandhi Cooperative hospital Thalassery, he succumbed to injuries later. Vipin is a hotel management student in Bangalore.
