Contact BSNL through 6 toll-free numbers

BSNL Thiruvananthapuram Telecom District has introduced six eleven-digit toll-free numbers, for various services of customers. This facility is being introduced for the first time in the country with unique all-India numbers, which enable the public to contact these service numbers of Thiruvananthapuram district free of cost, from any fixed/mobile BSNL number. These six numbers will be be operational from 10 am to 5 pm on all working days. The call charges are borne by BSNL.

 The toll free numbers are: 

1800 4 250 250: Customer Service Centre (CSC) at CTO, Statue, Thiruvananthapuram. This CSC will be the first CSC in India to become operational, on all days, for 24 hours, from August 15, with all BSNL services.

 1800 4 251 251: Public Grievance Redressal Helpline, Uppalam Road, Thiruvananthapuram. Subscribers can call for all sorts of grievances, which are not solved in the normal channel.

 1800 4 256 256: CSC at Uppalam Road, Thiruvananthapuram. For all queries regarding BSNL fixed or mobile services.

 1800 4 257 257: DSA Mobile Cell, Uppalam Road, Thiruvananthapuram. For delivery of all BSNL products at the doorsteps of Direct Selling Agents, anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city, within 24 hours of registering the demand, without delivery charges. New DSA registration is made within one hour, and new DSA registration fee reduced to ` 500.

 1800 4 258 258: Broadband Core Group, CTO, Thiruvananthapuram. For assistance in clearing Broadband technical faults, which the telecom mechanics of the concerned sections are not able to solve to the satisfaction of the subscribers.

 1800 4 259 259: Data Circuits Core Group, Uppalam Road, Thiruvananthapuram. To take care of all leased data circuit faults. This group will take care of all VVIP telecom complaints, when the telecom mechanics of the sections are not available.
