THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leader of opposition V S Achuthanandan called for mass protest against the alleged favouritism of police evident in the arrest of P Jayarajan.He was speaking to the media personnel about the issue.
Member of Parliament K Sudhakaran who is involved in the Nalpady Vasu murder case and attempted murder of E P Jayarajan has not been arrested by the police as is P K Basheer MLA who is mixed up in the Areekode twin murder case.
Under such circumstances, VS says that the arrest of Jayarajan is one-sided.
