T P murder case: Charge sheet submitted, Ragesh accused

KOZHIKODE: The special investigation team has filed the charge sheet of T P Chandrashekharan murder case to Vadakara first class magistrate court.

CPM state commitee member K K Ragesh figured as the 65th accused in the list.

76 persons had been included in the charge sheet in which M C Anoop, a member of the gang which killed Chandrashekharan, is the first accused.

Kirmani Manoj, Kodi Suni, T K Rajeesh, Muhammad Shafi, Sijith and Shinoj follow in the list.

CPM local committee member K C Ramachandran is the eighth and Kozhikode district secretariat member P Mohanan is the fourteenth accused.
