BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court rejected the bail plea of PDP leader Abdul Nazar Madhani, jailed in the Parappana Agrahara jail in the Bangalore blasts case. Rejecting the plea, the court said Madhani can approach the Supreme Court.
The plea was rejected pointing that the case against Madhani is quite serious and it has limitations in granting bail.
Madhani approached the court seeking permission to undergo treatment at his own expense for his health problems. But the Karnataka Government had opposed his bail plea in the court.
