THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Fenny Balakrishnan will be my counsel in all my cases, said Saritha S Nair, accused in the solar fraud case. She informed this when she was produced at the CJM Court. She said that she is not aware of the other two Vakkalaths produced. Biju Radhakrishnan was also produced in the court.
The court directed the two to give written applications when they informed that they want to meet their respective advocates. She signed the application has Saritha S Nair and in the Vakkalath submitted it was written as Lakshmi Nair. The court pointed it out and said a person can have two names but questioned the two signatures. The court later remanded them for 14 days.
The two were produced in the court in connection with a cheating case which happened in 2010. Saritha was not produced even after the court issued a production warrant to produce her.
