THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ADGP A. Hemachandran on Saturday said there is no confusion on the responsibility of investigation in the solar panel case.
“As the head of the investigation team, I have the responsibility of the supervisory,” he said.
He said the investigating officers will present the chargesheet with his knowledge and approval.
There are altogether 33 cases in connection with the solar panel scam. Special investigation team was formed to probe these cases. Officers with the rank of DySP will head the probe into each case, he said.
