THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The letter seeking to include the chief minister and his office within the purview of the judicial probe in the solar case is almost ready. The sub panel has given clearance for it. The letter will be handover to the government after the LDF leadership examines it.
Panel member C Divakaran MLA said the sub panel discussed and took a final decision on what all should be included in the terms of reference. The letter will point out that the complaint lodged in the court has mentioned against the government. Divakaran said there is evidence against the chief minister.
The opposition will seek law to stop such kind of cases. The final draft of the terms of reference will be given to allied parties, said Divakaran.
The terms of reference is prepared by a sub panel chaired by LDF convenor Vaikkom Viswan. A K Balan, C Divakaran, N K Premachandran, A K Saseendran, Mathew T Thomas, Ramchandran Kadannappally and P C Thomas are the members of the panel.
