KOCHI: The verdict of the Kerala High Court in connection with the admission in self-financing medical colleges is unclear, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. If required, the government will approach the Supreme Court against the high court verdict, he told reporters here.
A final decision in approaching the court has not been taken. The government does not want a dispute with the self-financing managements. A decision will be taken after holding talks with the managements on Monday, the chief minister said.
The high court had temporarily stayed the action of the government taking over all the seats of self-financing medical and dental colleges.
