KOCHI: Actor Madhu, who is considered as a father-like figure in the Malayalam film industry, was recently seen inaugurating the new headquarters of Kerala Film Producers Association in Kochi along with Mammootty and Mohanlal.
The thespian actor was at his witty best while delivering the inaugural speech. While thanking the producers association for inviting him to the function, he added, “I feel like I have just won a Karunya Lottery.” Madhu reminded that without producers there will not be cinema.
Actors Mammootty and Mohanlal also addressed the gathering and recollected some of their warm experiences with the association. Kerala Film Producers Association president G Suresh Kumar, Treasurer Prem Prakash, South Indian Film Chamber Secretary Ravi Kottarakkara, producers Siyad Kokker, Antony Perumbavoor, directors Sibi Malayil and Kamal also attended the function.
