DUKKI: Minister M M Mani has said tough regulations will have to be imposed in the State within the next ten days. “The crisis is looming large and as per the present condition, power regulations will have to be imposed from half an hour to one hour,” he told media persons on Tuesday.
Mani said that attempts are being made to buy electricity from outside the State. “Nevertheless, since the current crisis is severe, we shall have to place restrictions on the distribution of power. There will be severe restrictions if the State doesn’t get sufficient rains soon”.
