Action if attacked police, says Thiruvanchoor

KOTTAYAM: If anybody attacks the police station, action will be taken against them, said Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. The functioning of the police should be evaluated and not anything else, he said.

Due consideration will be given to the representatives who go to the police stations for reasonable things. They should be free to convey their demand to the police, the minister said. Necessary steps will be taken if their claim is reasonable.  Getting things done by threatening is an old fashioned procedure, he said.
