Ordinances dominate during UDF rule, says VS

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan Saturday said ordinances dominate during the tenure of the UDF rule. He said this while inaugurating the satyagraha staged by LDF MLAs in front of the Raj Bhavan, demanding the Governor not to approve the proposed amendment for the Devaswom Board Act, approved by the government.

The decision of the government to amend the Devaswom act is anti-constitutional. The decision to avoid women members from the board is anti-women. The governor had informed us to seek explanation from the chief minister on the complaints lodged to him, said VS.
