Accused Rajesh found guilty in Arya murder case
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sessions Court found Rajesh guilty in the Arya murder case. Arya V J alias Cuckoo, a 15-year-old girl and a class 10 student, was raped and strangled to death by the accused. The quantum of sentence will be pronounced on Thursday.
Arya, who was preparing for her SSLC exams, was raped and murdered on March 6, 2012. Rajesh has been charged with murder, rape and theft.
