Bunty Chor confesses to theft

PUNE: Devinder Singh  alias Bunty Chor confessed for his involvement in a burglary at the house of an NRI in Thiruvananthapuram earlier this week. Bunty chor, arrested Saturday morning confessed the crime to the Kerala police.

Bunty Chor was arrested from Hotel Sai Executive in Malta Chowk, Pune. The Keralites in the hotel recognized him and informed the Kerala police, who in turn passed the message to Samarth Police in Pune. The police surrounded the hotel and took him into custody.

Meantime, Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan said he will be brought to Kerala after the legal proceedings are completed. His arrest brings a sigh of relief, the minister added.
