Icre-cream case: Court orders to give copy of statement to VS

KOZHIKODE: Kozhikode First Class Judicial Magistrate Court ordered to give copy of the statement in connection with the ice-cream parlour case to opposition leader V S Achuthanandan. VS had earlier obtained the copy of the investigation report.

Meantime, the court will consider on Jan 17 the demand of VS asking to dismiss the report seeking closure in the investigation of the case.
