‎Shameless INL; Kasargod was beaten up, the leaders without reply, the incident was like this‎

Kasargod: Recently, news of a clash between INL workers in the middle of the road during a state leadership meeting in Kochi was recently reported. The gathering outside the hotel where the meeting was held followed by a war of words by state leaders. Kasargod had repeated a similar incident. The clash occurred during a meeting of the District Working Committee in Uduma.‎

‎The battle between Kasim Sikoor and the Wahab faction is raging in the INL. Wahab's side was cut short by the national leadership's stand with Qasim Sikoor. Qasim Sikoor had made it clear that the state leadership had nothing more to do and the Wahab side could approach the national leadership if it wanted. There are indications that the national leadership is with Kasim Sikoor. The national president, Prof. Solomon's response was to strengthen this.‎

‎Kasargod activists clashed as the controversy in this regard continued. The meeting was held for discussions on the distribution of membership. But it is understood that a section demanded membership for all and the ensuing verbal argument led to the conflict. Some of the activists who came to the meeting said that we have no side and there is only one party called INL.‎

‎Eighty people are reported to be attending the meeting. There is also the accusation that the meeting was held without meeting the Covid standards. The district event, attended by nearly 80 people, was held in Uduma despite allegations that more than 10 000 people had reached the INL event in the district attended by Minister Ahmed Devarkovil the previous day. Only two policemen were at the scene. Police said no one had filed a complaint so far. Meanwhile, the police said they would look into the case for violating the Epidemic Act and decide.‎

‎The Kasim Sikoor side is spearheading the state-wide membership distribution. According to Kasim Sikoor, the distribution of membership is based on the decision taken at the leadership meetings held in Kozhikode and later aluva. They also alleged that some of the Muslim League were intensifying their differences in the INL.‎
