THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan asked Chief Minister Oommen Chandy to resign after confessing to his crimes in the solar case.
In the statement released, VS said the allegations leveled by the opposition and the revelation of an American industrialist that Biju Radhakrishnan, accused in the case, told him that a commission of 30% should be given to the chief minister in the solar case, are the same.
VS said Chandy should not delay in resigning. Talks held between Biju and Chandy in a closed room was about the solar case and the amount to be received in the deal. I had informed about this in the assembly earlier. Chandy should reveal how much amount he got in the deal. The company where Chandy has a partnership is involved in the solar case.
