Wireless charged with criminal conspiracy and abetment in the case.
Court finds prima facie evidence against three top Reliance ADAG
officials Gautam Doshi, Surender Pipara and Hari Nair for offences of
cheating and abetment.
All 17 accused, including DMK MP Kanimozhi, seek time to peruse the court order before framing of charges.
