Sunday, October 02, 2011: Minister KB Ganesh Kumar on Sunday played
down the allegations raised by the CPM led LDF Opposition against his
family in connection with R Balakrishan Pillai’s phone controversy.
Speaking to the reporters here on Sunday, Minister added the ongoing
investigation procedure in connection with the savage assault on school
teacher Krishnakumar in Valakom was satisfactory.
I had not contacted my father R Balakrishna Pillai nor has he called
me when he was under treatment. The minister also told mediapersons that
the opposition is trying to gain political mileage with the case.
