AIE to operate 11 additional flights to Gulf countries

KOCHI: The Air India Express will operate 11 additional flights to various Gulf countries, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Dammam from Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and Mangalore. According to an AIE release, the flights will be operated September 17 to October 27. AIX flight no IX 343/344 CCJ/DXB/CCJ will be operated on all Sundays, with effect from September 17 to October 27, it said. The schedule is follow:- 2) IX 363/348 CCJ/AUH/CCJ On all Thursdays. 3) IX 381/382 CCJ/DMM/CCJ DAILY. Although there will be no flight TRV/COK/DMM, there will be a COK-DMM connection over CCJ. Passengers will travel COK/CCJ on IX 473 and connect to CCJ/DMM. Similarly on the return, passengers can travel DMM/CCJ and connect to CCJ/COK leg of IX 474. All such passengers from/to COK should be checked in as international passengers with baggage tagged thru and their immigration/customs and other formalities should be completed in COK. 4) IX 302/203 CCJ/BOM/CCJ on all Tuesday 5) IX 419/4522 COK/AUH/COK on all Monday and Saturdays. 6) IX 4199/452 COK/DXB/COK on all Wednesday, Friday and Sundays. 7) IX 537/5388 TRV/AUH/TRV on all Fridays. 8) IX 5377/538 TRV/DXB/TRV on all Thursday and Saturdays. 9) IX 535/536 TRV/SHJ/TRV on all Mondays and Wednesdays. 10) IX 817/818 IXE/AUH/MCT/IXE on all Saturday. 11) IX 383/384 IXE/DXB/IXE on all Mondays. CCJ - Calicut, TRV- Trivandrum, COK- Kochi, IXE - Manglore, AUH- Abu Dhabi, DXB - Dubai, , SHJ - Sharjah and DMM- Dammam.
