Thilakan’s death a major loss, says Mohanlal

CHENNAI: Actor Mohanlal said that he is deeply saddened over the demise of veteran actor Thilakan. The death of the actor is a major loss for the Malayalam film field.

Mohanlal said Thilakan was one of his favourite stars. When my mother was hospitalised, he used to regularly enquire about her health. The actor said that he is unable to attend the last rites of the veteran actor as he is in a shooting location outside Chennai.
