CBI has not taken case against Sudhakaran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The police informed the court that the CBI has not taken case against K Sudhakaran for his controversial speech.

Sudhakaran had said in the speech that he has witnessed judges accepting bribes.

Earlier the police had informed that a case has been filed, but refuted it today saying that it had just handed over the letter sent by the Supreme Court against Sudhakaran to the CBI.

Crime detachment assistant commissioner K E Baiju was present in the court.

The court had earlier sent notice to Baiju seeking explanation for not submitting the investigation report and not being present in the court.
