KOCHI: A fire that broke out in Chandrika building in the early hours of Tuesday caused panic.The complex in MG Road houses many business centres and offices including that of Kerala Kaumudi and Kerala Kaumudi Flash.
Motorists who noticed fire in the advertisement board of the building informed the fire force and an immense disaster was averted as the unit arrived without delay.
Primary reports suggest short circuit as the cause of the fire.
