IHRD college opened

KOZHIKODE: Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb has said that backward places will get special consideration when the government sanctions job-oriented courses. He was inaugurating the 40th applied sciences college of the Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) at Thamarassery Korangatt on Monday. Rabb said the government would consider demands for establishing its colleges in Assembly constituencies that did not have facilities for college education even though government did face financial constraints.
