94.17% pass percentage for SSLC exams


THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 94.17 % pass percentage has been registered in this year’s SSLC exams conducted in March 2013.

Announcing the results here Wednesday, Education Minister P K Abdu Rabb said when compared to last year, a .53% increase is witnessed this year.

Kottayam registered the highest win of 97.2% and the lowest in Palakkad with 87.99%.

Certificates will be issued from May 15 onwards.

SAY exams for those who have failed in one exam will be held from May 13-18. Candidates can submit their applications from April 30 onwards in their respective schools.

10,073 students have obtained A+ for all subjects. 861 schools have registered a 100% win.
98.2% students are eligible for higher studies in THSLC. 74.06% have won the exams written privately. 98.8% have won the exams written in the Gulf.

4,79, 569 students appeared in the regular section and 5740 privately.

Results would be available at www.keralapareekshabhavan.in, www.results.kerala.nic.in, www.keralaresults.nic.in, www.kerala.gov.in, www.prd.kerala.gov.in and www.results.itschool.gov.in.
