Three killed in truck-car collision
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Three people were killed on Sunday when the car they were travelling collided with a truck at Chemmarathummukku near Kilimanoor in Thiruvananthapuram district.
Both the vehicles caught fire following the accident.
The deceased have been identified as Sreejith of Kilimanoor, his sister’s daughter Meenakshi and his neighbor Maniyan.
The three got trapped under the car and were taken out by firemen. All the bodies were burned.
