KOZHIKODE: Former Union Minister Mullapally Ramachandran, who went to evaluate the construction work of Kainatti over-bridge, was blocked by RMP workers on Saturday. Vadakara MLA C K Nanu had accompanied Ramachandran and she also had to face protest staged by the workers, demanding the government not to collect tolls in the name of construction works.
As the protesters refused to disperse, Mullapally and team left the place.
