MUMBAI: The Mumbai Dindoshi Sessions Court will deliver the verdict on Binoy Kodiyeri’s anticipatory bail plea on Tuesday. The court also said that he can’t be arrested until then. The anticipatory bail plea was deferred to Tuesday in order to hear the arguments of Binoy’s attorney.
The complainant woman had lodged a complaint with the police alleging sexual abuse on Binoy Kodiyeri which initiated controversy. Binoy filed for anticipatory bail on June 20. His attorney argued that the woman is trying to cheat money through fake arguments. But the woman submitted more evidence to back her claim in addition to the documents to prove that Binoy had sent her visa details to take them to Dubai.
