Saturday, September 10, 2011: Government Chief Whip P.C. George today
filed a complaint against the Vigilance Court Judge P.K Haneefa, who
ordered for a further probe into the Palmolein case.
In a letter send to President Pratibha Devisingh Patel and Supreme
Court Chief Justice, PC George alleged that the probe was ordered
without following the usual procedures.
The judge was deliberately trying to make Chief Minister Oommen Chandy an accused in the case, the letter alleged.
