Accused found guilty in SSLC question paper leak case


Friday, September 30, 2011: The Ernakulam CBI special court on Friday has found all the two accused guilty in the SSLC question paper leakage case. Bindhu Vijayan of Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram and Sindhu Surendran of T Nagar, Chennai, are the accused in this case.
The prosecution case is that in January 2005, the duo entered into a conspiracy with K Suresh, a casual employee of Viswanathan (Printers and Publishers) Pvt Ltd, Chetpet, Chennai, where the question papers of SSLC examination 2005 were printed, to steal the SSLC question papers from the press to help Bindhu’s son, who was to appear for the SSLC exam that year.
Suresh was also an accused in this case, but he has been made an approver by the CBI.
