Verdict in SSLC paper leak case on Sept 30

KOCHI: The Ernakulam CBI special court on Friday reserved to September 30  the judgment in the SSLC question paper leakage case. The  hearing in this case was completed on Friday before the Special court Judge S Vijayakumar.
Bindhu Vijayan of Vanchiyoor, Thiruvananthapuram,  and  Sindhu Surendran of T Nagar, Chennai, are the accused in this case.  The prosecution case is that in January 2005, the duo entered into a conspiracy with K Suresh, a casual employee of Viswanathan (Printers and Publishers) Pvt Ltd, Chetpet, Chennai, where the question papers of SSLC examination 2005 were printed, to steal the SSLC question papers from the press to help Bindhu’s son, who was to appear for the SSLC exam that year.Suresh was also an accused in this case, but he has been made an approver by the CBI.
