Sunday, September 4, 2011: The Court would pronounce the verdict in
the SMS case against Water Resources Minister PJ Joseph on September 14.
The Thodupuzha Judicial First Class Magistrate Court has issued summons
to Jomon, the main witness in the case.
The court had earlier stated that the verdict would be pronounced on
Saturday. The complainant had alleged that a young woman had received
constant threat and sexually abusive SMS from the telephone used by the
Minister while he was a member of Assembly representing Thodupuzha in
the last term.

Sure! This is a pre planned action by communist Marxist party. I doubt they might even brave PJ Joseph personal staff even. So detailed enquiry by CBI I prefer -Mathew Dubai
