C H Ashokan named first accused in TP murder case

KOZHIKODE: Charge sheet has been filed in the Vatakara First Class Judicial Magistrate Court for trying to murder RMP leader T P Chandrashekaran in 2009. C H Ashokan, CPM Onchiyam area secretary has been named as the first accused in the charge sheet having 15 accused. Bail was granted to Ashokan, the ninth accused in the TP murder case.

K K Krishnan, CPM Kunnumkkara local committee member K C Ramachandran and Sijith have been named second, third and fourth accused. T K Rajeesh is the fifth accused, Kirmani the sixth and P P Ramakrishnan the eleventh accused.
