Cabinet to decide on CBI probe, says Thiruvanchoor

KOTTAYAM: Whether the T P Chandrasekharan murder case should be handed over to the CBI or not will be decided by the cabinet, said Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. He said a decision will be taken after examining the legal side. Minister of State for Home Mullappally Ramachandran ruled out a CBI probe in the case.

Thiruvanchoor said the case is being investigated by the police and will not do anything to weaken the investigation.
