Sudhakaran blames police for lapses in TP murder case

KANNUR: Lapses were noticed on the side of police in the investigation of T P Chandrasekhaan murder case, alleged K Sudhakaran MP. Talking to reporters in the district, he indirectly criticised former DGP Jacob Punnoos. The decision for a detailed investigation was taken by the new DGP, he said.

He blamed the police for failing in keeping apart those owing allegiance to the CPM. Releasing CPM Koothuparambu office secretary and permitting MLAs to visit the arrested is a lapse from the side of the police. The probe will not move in the right path due to the will power of Home Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan alone, he said.
